Jennifer Tang was born and raised in San Marino, a small suburban city nestled in Los Angeles County, California. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside in Political Science. During her studies at UC Riverside, she held various board positions in her sorority, and was active in performing community service around the city. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Las Vegas and worked as a legal assistant at a personal injury law firm where she gained valuable knowledge in claims, and discovered her initial passion for personal injury law. Jennifer also simultaneously worked in the prominent Las Vegas marketing industry to save enough money to fulfill her dream of attending law school and becoming an attorney.
Jennifer moved to San Diego, California in 2014 to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she became an active member of the Asian Pacific Law Student Association, and served as the Vice Justice in her law school for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. Moreover, during law school, she interned at different law firms providing Jennifer with experience in real estate law, transactional law, debt relief, and business litigation.
After law school, Jennifer returned to Las Vegas and commenced working at a defense law firm, where she learned valuable insight into how litigation and claims are handled by insurance companies. Jennifer’s desire to help individuals led her to focus on the other side of personal injury claims and to become an associate at Henness and Haight. She utilizes the skills and techniques that she acquired while working on “the other side” where she is now able to fight passionately about the rights of others.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, being outdoors, attending concerts, and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.
