David T. Gluth, II was born in Inglewood, California, but has made Nevada his home for the last eighteen years. David is an experienced litigator who has represented numerous individuals and corporations in both state and federal court. David is experienced in all phases of litigation, from motion practice and discovery to trial. He has represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions.

David received his Bachelor of Arts, High Honors, in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from William S. Boyd School of Law, at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2007. While at Boyd, David was selected as a member of the Nevada Law Journal for two years, and he also received a CALI award for the top grade in legal writing.

Prior to joining the Henness & Haight team, David worked in the commercial practice group for a national law firm handling contract claims, business torts, and homeowner’s association litigation. David has also served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada where he represented state employees in civil rights litigation. David has extensive experience litigating personal injury cases involving catastrophic injury claims for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has recovered in excess of one million dollars in settlements for his clients.

David now focuses exclusively on helping injured people and holding wrongdoers accountable. His practice includes personal injury cases involving premises liability, car crashes, and catastrophic injury. David has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. Recently, David has become an avid Golden Knights fan and tries to watch as many games as possible.
