Kristie Mastrangioli grew up in Carol Stream, Illinois, a suburb west of Chicago.  Kristie wanted to escape the Midwestern winters, so after high school she attended UNLV where she majored in Communications.

After college, Kristie embarked on a career in marketing and sales.  After years of success, Kristie knew something was missing – she had always felt the need to do something that would allow her to help others. So she accepted a position as a non-profit fundraiser with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) of Nevada.  After a few years of hard work, Kristie was ultimately promoted to MDA’s Executive Director for the State of Nevada.  In that position, she was responsible for their annual fundraising budget and supervising a staff of 5 that organized community events throughout the state.  The work was difficult but gratifying and fulfilling.  When an opportunity to join Henness & Haight was extended, Kristie gladly accepted knowing that she could still help people every day while at the same time expanding upon her other passion – leading and managing good people.

Still helping others but in a different way, Kristie has been with Henness & Haight since 2016. She enjoys talking with potential new clients, managing the day-to-day operations of a law firm, and focusing on helping those in need who have been injured through no fault of their own.  Her work with MDA has made her especially cognizant of the daily challenges and obstacles injured people face. Her highest priority is ensuring that the firm is performing at its highest level, by making sure our best-in-the-business staff is happy, focused, and dedicated so that our client’s needs are always being met.

Outside of the office Kristie enjoys reading, playing games and shopping.  But her favorite thing is to spend time with her husband and three daughters.
