- Health first: Follow your doctors’ advice, go to all of your medical appointments and make sure to always tell your doctors exactly how you feel at each visit.

- Hang up if anyone calls to ask about your case. Remember, don’t ever talk to anyone about your case except us and your doctors.
- Hand over documentation you have about your case to our office. We will take it from there.
- Have a written record of any expenses related to your case. We will use it to make sure you get fully compensated.
- Have a written record of any work & wages missed due to your injury, but if you have no choice but to work make sure your doctors know how your work affects your symptoms.
- Heads up, you’re likely being videotaped by the insurance company. Don’t do anything that can be taken out of context by the insurance company later.
- Have patience. This is a proven process that gets maximum results. Remember, a quick settlement is usually not the best settlement.
