- Honestly communicate any and all pain you have to your doctor. Do not minimize your symptoms but never exaggerate them either.
- Hold off posting anything on social media. You can be certain that the insurance company lawyers will try to use your posts against you.
- Hang up if anyone calls to ask about your case. Remember, don’t ever talk to anyone about your case except us and your doctors.
- Hand over documentation you have about your case to our office. We will take it from there.

- Have a written record of any work & wages missed due to your injury, but if you have no choice but to work make sure your doctors know how your work affects your symptoms.
