Brian is originally from New York and was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended Faith Lutheran High School, where he became a two-time cross country state champion and school record holder in the mile and two-mile races. He attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science along with University and Departmental Honors. After UNLV, Brian attended the Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California. While attending Pepperdine, Brian worked for Warner Music Group in the Licensing Department; interned for the General Counsel of National Geographic Films; served as a mediator for small claims in the Superior Court of California, Court of Los Angeles; and published a law journal article focusing on the music industry. Additionally, while earning his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine, Brian earned his Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
Brian decided to pursue personal injury representation in order to further follow his passions for dispute resolution and improving his community. Prior to joining Henness and Haight, Brian was an associate attorney with The Clarkson Law Group, P.C. serving as corporate and litigation counsel to numerous homeowners associations across Nevada. Brian also worked as an attorney with Connaghan Newberry focusing on real estate and business litigation. Brian is a former associate of De Diego Law and previously served a corporate counsel to FYM Corporation focusing on cyberspace law in both capacities. Prior to entering private practice, Brian interned for the Honorable Linda Marie Bell in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County.
