Seth Snow joined Henness & Haight in October 2024 as a litigation attorney, advocating for injured individuals in personal injury cases.
Seth was born and raised in the Provo-Orem area of Utah, where he met his wife and started his family. In 2020, Seth and his wife moved to Las Vegas after both were accepted into law school. A year later, midway through their studies, they welcomed their third child. Since then, Las Vegas has become their long-term home.
Seth’s legal journey began with a strong desire to represent clients beyond the limitations he experienced as a real estate agent. His early exposure to the legal field included working for a sole practitioner immigration attorney, where he saw firsthand the meaningful impact attorneys can have on their clients’ lives. He later turned to personal injury law as a paralegal and clerk at a prominent Utah firm, where he witnessed the tangible benefits that personal injury attorneys provide to injured individuals.
Seth earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Utah Valley University and later pursued a dual JD/MBA at the William S. Boyd School of Law and the Lee Business School at UNLV. His business background equips him with a strategic approach to case valuation and negotiation, complementing his passion for legal writing and advocacy.
Before joining Henness & Haight, Seth gained valuable experience in personal injury and civil litigation through various roles. While interning at the headquarters of a national casino entertainment company, Seth assisted the corporation’s in-house counsel with premises liability and contract matters, gaining valuable insight into corporate defense strategies.
Outside the office, Seth enjoys spending time with family and friends, scuba diving, playing goalkeeper in soccer, training in jiu-jitsu, and volunteering for his community and local church. Seth is fluent in Spanish.
