Boyd Moss joined Henness and Haight in June 2002 as a law clerk and then as an Attorney in 2004. Boyd was raised in Las Vegas and has lived in the valley since 1974 graduating from Western High school in 1990. Boyd received his Associate of Science Degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah, in 1994 and then his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southern Utah University, in 1997. Boyd attended UNLV’s, William S. Boyd School of Law where he was a member of the prestigious Law Review, with less than 10% of all students qualifying.

During his time as a law clerk with Henness & Haight, Boyd developed a passion for helping injured accident victims obtain justice after big corporations and insurance companies turn their backs to them. During his time as an attorney he has also come to appreciate the necessity of our civil court system, which provides accident victims, who could not normally afford the cost of obtaining justice, an avenue to seek the justice they deserve.

Some of Boyd’s notable cases include a $1.8 million dollar result for a wrongful death, a $500,000 settlement for a slip and fall and a $286,000 judgment for a negligent security case.

Boyd is a member of the State bar of Nevada, the American Bar Association, the American Justice Association, and the Nevada Justice Association. Boyd has been a presenter for the State bar of Nevada’s continuing legal education program on the topic of preparing and litigating soft tissue injury cases. In April 2008 Boyd became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization which recognizes the top trial lawyers in America with less than 1% of U.S. lawyers as members.
