What to do in case of an Accident:

1. Check to ensure the driver and all passengers are okay.
2. If you do not require immediate medical attention, DO NOT LEAVE THE ACCIDENT SCENE BEFORE THE POLICE ARRIVE. (At-fault drivers may be cited for leaving the scene of an accident).
3. Call 911 for emergency medical attention or 311 for non-medical police assistance.
4. If emergency medical assistance is required, immediately have yourself or any injured passengers transported to the nearest hospital by ambulance or other vehicle.
5. Gather the OTHER driver's information.
